In the sector of electric machine industry holding company "Alageum Electric" is represented by several production facilities: JSC "Kentau transformer plant", LLP "Almaty Electromechanical plant".
The flagship of the production complex "Alageum Electric" - JSC "Kentau transformer plant", which is the leader of Kazakhstan in the field of electric machine industry engineering and a leading manufacturer of transformer equipment. Founded in 1959, it went from a small Soviet-era plant to an enterprise that played a key role in the development of Kazakhstan's energy sector. Today the plant is one of the largest players in the field electric machine industry in Central Asia. Since joining the "Alageum Group", the plant has gained a second wind, becoming a highly profitable production and increasing its income by almost 100 times.

Today, the company produces power oil and dry transformers 10, 35, 110 kV with a capacity of up to 63,000 kVA, substations of various types (OS, CDD, IS, SCP 35, 110 kV), low-voltage and high-voltage cells and other popular electrical equipment. In general, the range of products manufactured by JSC "KTP" is export-oriented electrical products, goods and equipment today exceeded 300 items.

Production with the “Kentau transformer plant” brand more than half a century is present at the Kazakhstan and foreign markets. “KTP” transformers are small-size, competitive, environmentally friendly and reliable in operation.

All equipment manufactured by the plant meets international quality and safety standards. All products are certified by the State standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the state certification system of the Russian Federation №ROSS KZ.ME22. The quality management system complies with the international standard ISO 9001-2000.

"Almaty Electromechanical plant" ("AEMP") was founded in 1959. In 1999, the company acquired the status of LLP "Almaty Electromechanical plant" and became a part of the holding company "Alageum Electric". Today "AEMP" is one of the leading enterprises on production of the electrotechnical equipment in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The plant produces a wide range of high-voltage, low-voltage and non-standard electrical equipment. Production of plant is developed on the basis of application of new technologies and is made on the equipment with the digital software. ""AEMP" manufactures unitized transformer substations, packaged switchgear, serial unilateral camera, panels LP-70, LP-90, of various types and performance, power distribution cabinets, boxes, lighting panels and other electrical products.

All products manufactured by the plant are certified in the State standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The quality management system ISO 9001:2000 was implemented in 2004 and certified by the international certification body KEMA (Holland). The plant is included in the Register of domestic producers of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main types of products have certificates of origin form ST KZ.

JSC Project Institute "PromEnergo" operates in the field of design in accordance with the state license and is a division of the holding company "Alageum Electric", which represents on the electricity market a full range of services "turnkey": design; manufacture of electrical products; supply of industrial equipment and service; construction and production of building materials; electrical installation and commissioning services.

The Institute was founded in 2009 and specializes in the design of power facilities, utilities, power transmission lines and unit substations of 10, 35, 110, 220, 500 kV.

And also provides services for the development of design and project estimates for the following types:

• technological design of industrial facilities, including for the energy industry;
• technological design of transport, communication infrastructure, including maintenance of national and international communication lines (including satellite) and other types of telecommunications, local communication lines, radio and telecommunications;
• technological design of internal and external transport, including automobile, electric, railway and other rail, air, water transport;
• Technological design of construction projects, including the street and road network of urban electric transport, bridges and bridge crossings, including transport overpasses and multi-level interchanges, means of communication of railway transport and more.

Design engineers of the Institute have developed hundreds of unique feasibility studies and projects important for the power industry of Kazakhstan, including:

• construction of 110 kV overhead line from line No. 162 to Kok-tuma station, Almaty region;
• reconstruction of SS-35/10 kV Aktogay, East Kazakhstan region; reconstruction of SS 220/110/10 kV "Central" JSC "KEGOC" Ekibastuz, Pavlodar region;
• construction of substation 110/10 kV "Kenderli" and the power supply lines of 110 kV, Mangystau region;
• the construction of the switchgear 110 kV of the Shardara hydropower plant in South Kazakhstan region and many other projects.

History of "Alageum Electric" began in 1997 with association of a number of the enterprises specializing in design, production and installation of electrotechnical production in the uniform brand "alageum" [alageum] (that in translation from the Kazakh language means “dawn”).

В Алматинской области продолжается строительство пиковой водогрейной котельной, которая обеспечит теплом и водой город-спутник Gate City. Мощность котельной составляет 200 Гкал/час, передает корреспондент BNews.kz. В марте 2014 года в Алматинской области началось строительство котельной. Тендер на строительство выиграл холдинг Alageum Electric. Разработкой и строительством котельной занималась компания АО «Электромонтаж», которая также входит в холдинг Alageum Electric. Пиковая водогрейная котельная не имеет аналогов в Казахстане. Основная особенность – вертикальные котлы. Таких котлов всего 6, они работают за счет газового и дизельного топлива. Дизельное топливо будет использоваться как аварийное. Строительство планируется завершить в 2016 году.

«Площадь котельной 5.5 тысяч кв.м. Сама технология, оборудование российского производства. Структура проектирования принадлежит России, европейские страны и Казахстан.

Эта котельная уникальная. Особенность, что она вертикальная, обычно котлы изготавливаются горизонтально. Высота котлов 10 метров», - рассказал Туреханов Турлан. Холдинг Alageum Electric является участником программы «Национальные чемпионы». Программа направлена на создание в Казахстане конкурентоспособных, экспортоориентированных производств несырьевого сектора путем формирования компаний регионального и мирового масштабов.

«На протяжении последних месяцев в рамках участия в программе «Национальные чемпионы» мы совместно с Холдингом Байтерек и компанией McKinsey провели большую работу по определению инициатив роста и приоритетных направлений развития нашего производства», - сказал председатель совета директоров компании Alageum Electric Еркебулан Ильясов.

Компания приступила к работе с консультантами по оптимизации системы продаж за счет внедрения принципа «единого окна», а также по выстраиванию эффективной организационной структуры управления.

«Алматинский электромеханический завод» – победитель регионального конкурса «Лучший товар Казахстана – 2014». В 2015 году также принял участие в конкурсе «Алтын сапа» в номинации «Лучшие товары производственного назначения», передает корреспондент BNews.kz.«Алматинский электромеханический завод» был основан в 1959 году и входит в состав холдинговой компании «Alageum Electric». Завод выпускает высоковольтное, низковольтное и нестандартное электротехническое оборудование. С 2000 года началась поставка комплектных трансформаторных подстанций типа КТПН, КТП, мощностью 25-2500 кВа, вводно-распределительных устройств ВРУ, шкафов ЩО-70, ЩО-90 и другое. Изготовление конструкций происходит в несколько этапов.

«Здесь происходят все подготовительные работы: начиная от резки металла, координатно-пробивные станки, которые выбивают всевозможные отверстия, далее, идет гибка металла, пресс и дальше – сварочный участок.

У нас есть два монтажных участка, где идет монтаж обычных маленьких ячеек. Через сварочный участок заготовка отправляется в покрасочную комнату. Есть 2 покрасочных участка: эмалевое покрытие и порошковое. После того, как большой корпус готов, происходит сварка маленьких ячеек, которые устанавливаются внутрь», - рассказал технический директор ТОО «АЭМЗ» Булат Сарбасов.

Создание трансформаторных шкафов, блочно-модульных зданий и подстанций начинается с получения заказа. В течение 2-3 дней технический отдел разрабатывает конструкторские чертежи и электрические схемы. Еще 2-3 дня уходит на подготовительные работы. После – сварочные работы, которые идут на протяжении 4-5 дней. В общем количестве для выполнения одного заказа трудятся около 160 человек. С 2013 года в процесс работы завода была введена система кайдзен, которая помогла достичь видимых результатов.

«Алматинский электромеханический завод» в 2014 году был удостоен звания победителя в номинации «Лучший товар года» по Алматы. И в этом успехе есть вклад всего нашего замечательного коллектива. Благодаря усилиям заводчан, упорной и безупречной работе на предприятии внедрена система качества кайдзен, которая значительно повысила эстетику и культуру производства, сделала его современным, отвечающим мировым стандартам, комфортным для труда и безопасности. В основе всех этих достижений рабочего коллектива лежит труд. В этом году ТОО «АЭМЗ» принял участие в конкурсе «Алтын сапа» в номинации «Лучшие товары производственного назначения».
