On May 6, 2025, as part of a working visit to the "Tassay" industrial zone, Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Askar Saktaganovich Biyakhmetov, visited the Asia Trafo LLP plant.

During the visit, the Vice Minister was presented with the full production cycle of the enterprise, as well as information about the number of jobs created, working conditions, and employee social benefits. Particular attention was given to the implementation of the dual education system, participation in the youth internship program, and initiatives aimed at training qualified personnel.

The plant’s management highlighted active cooperation with local colleges and universities, which helps strengthen the link between education and industry and ensures a steady flow of young specialists into the workforce.

The visit marked an important step in strengthening the dialogue between the industrial sector and the country’s social policy institutions.
