Our featured hero is Dmitry Vladimirovich Rakitsky.
He was born on January 15, 1973, in Kapchagay (now the city of Konaev), Almaty region. He is married and proudly raising three children.

From a young age, Dmitry Vladimirovich was passionate about engineering and technology. In 1995, he graduated from the Almaty Institute of Power Engineering with a degree in electrical engineering.

He began his career in 1998 at AIEN JSC "KEGOC" as an electrical fitter for power equipment repair. He also worked at the State Unitary Enterprise "PEO Baikonurenergo" as Deputy Head of the Substation Service, and in other organizations, rising through the ranks from foreman to Director of Production Services.

Since 2013, he has served as a leading specialist in the Production Department of JSC "Elektromontazh", making a significant contribution to the development of Alageum Electric.

Under Dmitry Vladimirovich Rakitsky’s leadership, several large-scale projects have been successfully implemented:

• Construction of the 220/110/10 kV “Batys” substation in Kostanay
• Construction of the 220/110/10 kV “Kyzylasker” substation in the Saryagash district
• Construction of a 110/10 kV substation for the “Bereke” residential area (19.76 ha) in Atyrau
• Construction of a 160 Gcal/h boiler house for a new residential area with ADC in Shymkent

Each of these projects is the result of professionalism, perseverance, and high-quality management. We are proud of such a contribution to the development of the country's energy infrastructure!
