In 2022, our Asia Trafo factory manufactured and supplied transformers for the needs of ERG enterprises:

- TDTN-16000/110 kV transformer for Severnaya substation of Shubarkol Komir JSC;

- transformer TDC-125000/110 kV for the combined heat and power plant of Aluminum of Kazakhstan JSC;

- power transformers at GPP-110/10 kV for the reserve of electrical equipment of TNK Kazchrome JSC and the Aktobe ferroalloy plant;

- transformer TDTSN - 80000/110 kV for the substation of the Aksu Ferroalloy Plant;

- autotransformer ATDCTN-125000/220/110 kV for power supply of Donskoy GOK.

Currently, installation supervision work has been fully completed, most of the transformers have already been put into operation.

The largest plant of "Alageum Electric" - the enterprise "Asia Trafo" - presented a joint project of the specialists of the enterprise and scientists of the AUPET named after. G.Daukeeva at Digital Almaty.

The international forum, which brought together business representatives, international experts, the IT community, government agencies and the media, was held on February 2-3, 2023. The main topic of discussion was the modern global challenges of the development of the industry of innovative technologies.

Scientists of AUES them. G.Daukeeva and engineers presented the results of the project “Development and implementation of a customer-oriented integrated automated system for calculating and manufacturing transformers”, implemented at the production base of the largest Kazakh plant for the production of transformers Asia Trafo LLP.

The developed automated system allowed:

- reduce the cost of transformers,

- achieve material savings

- reduce losses.

The project was implemented within the framework of the grant program of the ICRIAP Project “Stimulation of Productive Innovations”.

The issues of automation and digitalization of production, as well as improving energy efficiency are among the priorities for the Alageum Electric Group of Companies. The Group constantly upgrades its production facilities and invests in research and development (R&D).

The leadership of the Association of National Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been updated. Six new presidents of the federations of national sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan were elected.

Yerkebulan Ilyasov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alageum Electric JSC, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Electric Machine Builders of Kazakhstan ALE and a member of YPO Kazakhstan, headed the NGO Zhamby Atu Federation.

The Association of National Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan consists of nine federations. Among them are the federations "Tenge Ilu", "Bayge", "Zhamby atu", "Audaryspak", "Kokpar", "Togyzkumalak", "Kusbegilik" and "Asyk atu". The president of the association is Islambek Salzhanov.

JSC "Electromontazh" ("ELMO") performs electrical work to provide power supply to the new industrial zone of the city of Saran, in Karaganda region.

According to the engineering and communication infrastructure project:

- assembled and installed 7 distribution points (RP-10 kV);

- cable overpass CL-10 kV was built;

- installation and laying of a 10 kV cable line, 40 km long, was completed.

At the moment, work is ongoing.

Another shipment of Asia Trafo transformers went to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) markets. The equipment will serve the substation "Gorodskaya" of the Borisoglebsk city power grids, the city of Borisoglebsk, the Russian Federation. The device with a capacity of 16,000 kVA is designed for voltage transformation from 35 kV to 10 kV in the electrical networks of a power plant. For efficient operation, the two-winding, three-phase transformer is cooled with forced air circulation, with adjustable on-load tap changer positions (OLTC). The use of this type of transformer makes it possible to provide the consumer with a reliable power supply throughout the entire service life - 30 years. The customer noted the high quality of the equipment, the excellent work done on the packaging of parts and components in the transport position, the timely transfer of documentation.

It should be noted that Asia Trafo is the largest plant in Central Asia, which is part of the Alageum Electric group of companies. The main products of the plant are autotransformers 110, 220, 500 kV and powerful oil transformers with a capacity of up to 500 MVA, as well as reactors. The design capacity of the station is more than 12,000 MVA per year.

Saidulla Kozhabayev, the founder of the Alageum Electric group of companies, shareholder and chairman of the Supervisory Board, was recognized as the “Businessman of the Year” by Forbes Kazakhstan magazine.

In 2022, the group showed a growth of 40%, bringing the annual turnover to $407 million, and became the largest manufacturer of transformer equipment in the post-Soviet space. The company also entered the European market by supplying electrical equipment to Hungary.
