Our featured hero is Dmitry Vladimirovich Rakitsky.
He was born on January 15, 1973, in Kapchagay (now the city of Konaev), Almaty region. He is married and proudly raising three children.
From a young age, Dmitry Vladimirovich was passionate about engineering and technology. In 1995, he graduated from the Almaty Institute of Power Engineering with a degree in electrical engineering.
He began his career in 1998 at AIEN JSC "KEGOC" as an electrical fitter for power equipment repair. He also worked at the State Unitary Enterprise "PEO Baikonurenergo" as Deputy Head of the Substation Service, and in other organizations, rising through the ranks from foreman to Director of Production Services.
Since 2013, he has served as a leading specialist in the Production Department of JSC "Elektromontazh", making a significant contribution to the development of Alageum Electric.

On April 11, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited Asia Trafo, the largest transformer plant in Kazakhstan and one of the leading ones in Central Asia, located in Shymkent.
The plant specializes in the production of high-voltage oil-immersed power transformers and autotransformers (110, 220, 500 kV) with capacities up to 500 MVA, as well as shunt reactors for power transmission lines.
This is the first facility in Kazakhstan to manufacture such complex equipment, which was previously only imported.
The President toured the production site and met with engineers and young professionals. The founder of Alageum Electric Group, Saidulla Kozhabayev, presented the company’s achievements to the Head of State.

The hero of our "Heroes of Production" section is Ojan Kypshakbaevich Orazbaev, Managing Director of the Shymkent Installation Department of JSC "ELMO," who has been part of our team for over 12 years.

From July 8 to 11, the main industrial exhibition of Russia, "Innoprom," took place in Yekaterinburg, where Alageum Electric presented its stand within the national pavilion of Kazakhstan. The exhibition showcased the technological capabilities of the holding and models of its products.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the "Alageum Electric" Group of Companies, Erkebulan Ilyasov, was a speaker at the main strategic session of the exhibition "Innoprom-2024" - "Technological Partnership: In the Spotlight of International Business." In his speech, he highlighted the main advantages and achievements of the Group's enterprises to date. The 14th International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM, held at the Yekaterinburg-EXPO International Exhibition Center, was attended by 47,000 people. National collective expositions were presented by six countries: the partner country of INNOPROM-2024, the United Arab Emirates, as well as the republics of Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. Approximately 300 companies participated in the exhibition with individual stands, including companies from China, Belarus, Hungary, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.
